Phase I: Environmental Assessment

By doing so, we determine problems with the building before they become problems with your health. Whether performed in tandem with another of our inspection services or independently, the ESA will essentially deem a building or property safe or unsafe for occupancy.
Phase 2: Remediation
If issues are found, we may explore other options through Phase 2. For certain types of buildings, we may need to do further analysis to fully remove contaminants. Some examples include those that house manufacturing equipment, waste storage sites, automotive shops, dry cleaners, machine shops, service stations, and chemical plants.
